Re: [Networker] New Linux Legato Install

Hi,
I faced a similar problem on Linux. It turned out to be the SCSI
chain/server poor performance issue.
We tested the same Library on a different server and it worked fine.

Subject: [Networker] New Linux Legato Install
We have two new Linux servers that we are adding to our Legato
configuration. We have a Scalar i2000 with 10 LTO2 drives (2 of which are
new to the scalar).
Linux reports that it can see all 10 drives. The Legato inquire command sees
7 drives and times out on the other 3. Legato knowledgebase says that the
Linux configuration is incorrect. Has anyone seen this error?
Thanks,
Kathy Stewart
