[Networker] Minimise information in Automated E-mails.

I am runnng Networker 7.1.3 on Windows. I have automated e-mails come to me
from networker everyday. I have been asked to minimise the information on
these mails. All we need to really know is if the backups completed Ok not
all the information as per text below. Can someone adivise if this can be
done, if so how do i do it? Any help is much appreciated.
