Make sure the user under which u are trying to expand and backup have
send/receive permissions for those mail boxes. If u don?t have permissions,
create security group in AD and put users in that group whom u wanna give
permissions(backup admin etc..) and then add that security group to the
mailbox store. Then you shud be able to expand, backup others mailboxes.

We just configured a exchange server on window 2000 service pack 4. I
installed Networker User Version 6.1.3 Build 428 and Networker Module for
Microsoft Exchange Server Version 4.1.0.148.
When I tried to expand Private Mailboxes from the Networker User fro
Exchange Server, I get the following error
Could not open EMS Store for the Exchange Server
The Event Viewer ( Application Log) may have additional details.
