You're talking about "tape twinning," where one backup stream is written to
two devices. NetWorker doesn't support it. I've been asking for it for
years, but they just keep giving me reasons why I don't want it. At one
point, the lack of this feature almost prodded a change to <gasp!> NetBackup.

AFAIK, the closest you can come is to use Disk Backup Option to back up to
disk. Then you can clone to two tape drives simultaneously.
