I had the same problem. The only way I could get it to work is to make
2 clients, one with the drives and system stuff, and one with only the
directory you want to back up. Then I had to use local directives, the
parent with a null command (don't use skip!!!!!), and the config
directory with a forget command.

Subject: [Networker] Keyword "forget" in manage directive not working
I need to make exception from files, which are not backup by manage
directive, but keyword "forget" - not working properly.
My directive for Windows client:
<< "f:\files" >>
+skip: *.*
<< "f:\files\config" >>
forget
Please, how to resolve this problem ?
