Quite simple to fix:
goes to nwadmin ->media -> jukebox then view->detail
Look at your jukebox.
When idle and no media loaded, do :
1) look at number of device field, and set to 1
2) look at number of drive field and set to 1
3) remove path of failing device under device list
4) under fields loaded devices, loaded volumes and loaded slots,
remove 1 line.
Should to the work. If not, delete your jukebox and recreate it.
