Hi,

This problem is if you are using Linux 8.

The installation guide says you should do the following before doing rpm
install -

# RPM_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr; export RPM_INSTALL_PREFIX

Then you can use the same command as you have done.

This is a documented solution and it works too!

I get this error when installing 7.1.3 on a Linux box.  I looked at the
