I noticed the following in my logs:

Feb 1 05:08:47 britt scsi: [ID 107833 kern.warning] WARNING: /pci@1d,700000/SUNW,jfca@1/fp@0,0/st@w211f0090a5001194,1 (st19): Feb 1 05:08:47 britt Error for Command: write Error Level: Fatal Feb 1 05:08:47 britt scsi: [ID 107833 kern.notice] Requested Block: 8186 Error Block: 8186 Feb 1 05:08:47 britt scsi: [ID 107833 kern.notice] Vendor: SONY Serial Number: Feb 1 05:08:47 britt scsi: [ID 107833 kern.notice] Sense Key: Media Error Feb 1 05:08:47 britt scsi: [ID 107833 kern.notice] ASC: 0x3b (<vendor unique code 0x3b>), ASCQ: 0x8, FRU: 0x0 Feb 1 05:08:47 britt root: [ID 702911 local0.alert] NetWorker media: (critical) TapeAlert flag "Write failure" has been posted for /dev/rmt/3cbn Feb 1 05:08:47 britt root: [ID 702911 daemon.notice] NetWorker media: (critical) TapeAlert flag "Write failure" has been posted for /dev/rmt/3cbn Feb 1 05:08:48 britt root: [ID 702911 daemon.notice] NetWorker media: (warning) /dev/rmt/3cbn writing: Invalid argument, at file 616 record 8188 Feb 1 05:08:48 britt root: [ID 702911 daemon.notice] NetWorker media: (warning) TapeAlert flag "Hard error" has been posted for /dev/rmt/3cbn Feb 1 05:08:48 britt root: [ID 702911 daemon.notice] NetWorker media: (notice) SAIT-1 tape 006984S1 on /dev/rmt/3cbn is full Feb 1 05:08:48 britt root: [ID 702911 daemon.notice] NetWorker media: (notice) SAIT-1 tape 006984S1 used 612 GB of 512 GB capacity

To me, this looks like a probable media error, but how can I make sure its not a drive problem either? I haven't seen any errors like this before or after the incident, but I would still like to check if anyone has any insight in what these error codes mean with SAIT-1 drives..?
