It's a Festivus mircale!

For those of you who have struggled to find a way to successfully backup
Microsoft Exchange public folders I have the solution! After over a year
of my company dealing with Microsoft and Legato, Microsoft has finally
acknowleged the issue was caused from their end and has released a Hot
fix; it is located in Microsofts article KB 886811.

The hot fix is not yet posted to the public but anyone can call Microsoft
up and they will send them a free link to it.  We have applied this patch
and Public Folders were backed up successfully.
