You should read the release notes for 7.1.3 and 7.2. Decide which version
to used based on which features and problem fixes are best for your site.
The 7.1.3 version contains fixed to 7.1.2, so that's why it was released.
The 7.2 version contains so new features that are not offered in the
earlier versions, but it may not contain the same fixes that 7.1.3 has,
such as the Novell saveset recovery problem.
