Hi Isaac,

I had the same problem.
I solve this problem to reset my jukebox.
command: nsrjb -HE

Hi All.

I'm running Networker 6.1.3 on Solaris9 and clients Netware 6.5 with
Legato client 4.22.

Trying to restore a mail volume from 1 client to another (on the same
tree).

Restore fails after about 1Gb (out of 33Gb vol size). The tape drive is
marked as in service mode.

An error message on the client suggests that it is out of memory (but
they've got 2Gb and nothing else is running).

A scan of the tape shows no errors.

Om the backup server console (nwadmin) I get 20-30 error messages
saying "reading: I/O error")

Has anybody seen this before and if so, can anybody make any
suggestions? I've tried everything, including restoring to different
clients, changing client version, reindexing the system. Nothing seems
to make any difference.

Regards

Isaac
