Hi H,
Always happend in « reading » on all drives in random. it doesn't look
like it was loding/eject. the 4 drives are on SAN on 2 HBA (2drv/HBA).
This is what I got from system log(/var/adm/messages) last sunday:

I dont think it's a bad cartrige, last week, It was with 3 differents
cartridges and 3 drives disables.

Which drives get disabled? Those used for reading or writing the clone?
Do those drives same same controller? Does the error comes during the
clone operation or during the load and label verification? Do you see
anything in system logs (including switches)?
