Kernel panic working with Dell Power Edge 2800 and Dell PV136T(adic100)library.

I have problems with my new backupserver. When I work with the library I 
sometimes
get a dump Kernel panic:Fatal exception  on the server. The screen-dump talks 
about aic7xxx and some scsi-mod commands. At the same time the networker  
media-database (mm) i corupted and it can't be repaired.

Environment:
Server Dell Power Edge 2800 with 4 Gb memory and 4 2-channel adaptec 
scsi-controllers.
The server is running Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3 (Taroon Update 3) 
Kernel is 2.4.21-20.EL #1 SMP Wed Aug 18 20:34:58 EDT 2004 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 
GNU/Linux
The library is a Dell PV136T with 6 LTO-2 drives, each connected to it's own 
scsi-port.

Could it be some of the setings on the jukebox that should be changed?
Have anyone seen something familiar.
Any help would be appreciated.
