I usually prefer to run a 'savegrp -s <server> -c <client> <group>', but
you might have some authorization issues if you want to run that from
the client.  You can authorize the account on the client to be an
administrator, but that may or may not be appropriate.

'savefs' is fine too, but you won't have proper timestamping if you
wanted to do anything other than a full.  Also, all the notification
information goes to STDOUT rather than being captured by savegrp to be
sent via the normal notification channels.  So it is running "properly",
it just may not be how you expect.

Finally, there's always using pre and post commands and letting the
Networker server kick off the backup (via savegrp), but then having the
client shutdown and startup the database.  Just have it call your
existing scripts.
