Hi

Are there any special considerations to using scanner to scan-in NDMP
savesets that are beyond browse period? More over, all our NDMP backups
reach storage node (rd=) devices. I tried to scan-in a saveset with the
following command :

scanner -v -S <SSID> <rd=remote_device> | uasm -rv -m <src=dest>

but got a "uasm: invalid save stream" error. A couple of catches:

- It reads the tape, but no activity reported in the GUI.
- The saveset is spread over 2 tapes and scanner is asking for both
tapes in order correctly, but ends with the error msg.

Can some one help me resolve this? Thanks for any help.

Rgds, Ram.
