NMC does not quite do the job.  I did some testing with it and it's
reporting is never correct.  Basically I would compare failed (or even
successful) savesets with the "Savegrp Alert Emails" and they would
almost
never match.  Some failures would not show up in the NMC Reporting that
the
alerts had and even some of the ones it reported as failed were wrong.

If you are looking for a success and failure product I recommend you
look at
Profiler RX from Tek-tools.  It's reporting is right on and for the base
price of Profile RX you will get better reporting than in NMC, probably
for
the same price too :)

If you are looking for other types of Backup Reporting software you can
also
look at Bocada (A little pricey if you ask me) as well as SysDM.

NetWorker Management Console does this, as it gets the savegroup
completion
report and uses that info.
