I have Legato 7.1 server that has been online for 1 year.

I have an old 6.01 Legato Server that  has been offline
since my new 7.1 server went online.

I still have the client index files and media index files
on my 6.01 server and periodically need to recover files
from the client indexes on this old server which requires
getting a temp code licese for my legato license etc. and
it's a pain.

Can I copy the client index files and media index files to my
new legato server and then somehow reference them whenever
I need to do retrievals from those tapes? Is there a tech
bullten on this?
