[Networker] AW: [Networker] W2k client fails to backup SYSTEM DB.

First be shure, that the account under which nsrexecd is running (default 
system) has the rights to save the SYSTEM DB.

Now if customer was not using RSM at all then a safe way to get ride of the 
problem is to stop RSM service and move out all the files under 
C:\WINDOWS\system32\NtmsData
