[Networker] Cannot look up saveset and savetime / cannot find the volume needed / MS Exchange 2000

Hi !
We have a RedHat Legato Networker 7.1.2 Server and a MS Exchange 2000
Server with the Legato Networker Exchange Module 4.0.2.
Filesystem-Backup & Restore works without problems, but MS
Exchange-Objects (MS E2K-Client) cannot be restored.
We receive the following message:
ansrd: cannot look up saveset for host <Exchangeserver> and savetime
<xyz>
Ansrd: cannot find the volume needed.
In the exchange-module (recover gui) the location for the tapes is
displayed as "unknown" and the required volumes for the items to be
restored are displayed as "unknown".
Any ideas ?
