Hi all,

The OS is Windows 2003 with Exchange 2003.
Networker vers. 7.1.2 and 4.0.2


This is a new MS clustered box and I'm not sure if some other service is
stopping the nsrexecd service or if it's a bug in the Legato software.  

I had installed the BSM for Exchange to 4.0.1 and thought that was
stopping the "Networker Remote Exec Service".  So I just upgraded again
to the newest BSM 4.0.2 but it's still occurring.

This is only occurring on my Exchange system and I have other clustered
boxes, even a clustered Win2000/Exch2000 box, that it isn't happening
on.   I'm going to install the Exchange SP1 later this week to see if
maybe that will help.

If anyone has seen a similar problem or have any suggestions, please let
me know.
