Hello,
We had a scalar 1000 and the scan was very fast for 234 slots, however
we matched barcode with internal label to keep things simple. You may
want to call support because unless its acutally reading the the label
off each tape it should only take a few seconds.

Hello all,

According to the 'Technical Specifications' on this tape library,
inventory takes less than 60 seconds, but on our newly
configured/installed tape library, inventory takes at least 3 to 5
minutes with just 20 slots loaded. Somehow the STK9714 (DLT7000) is
much
faster < 1 minute.

Is there a setting or value that I missed in the jukebox config?
