What is the Bandwidth like?

I've had a lot of success with replicating the data up disk in the central
Data Center.

You can use things like Legato Replistor or RSYNCH.

This means basically you only ever do incrementals. Much easier than
managing a tape library in the remote locations.

We have only a 1/4 T1 to our remote sites and it works pretty well.

I've been posed a question here at the office that I'm quite perplexed about.

We've got a remote location of between 5 and 10 PC's where they are now
requesting backup.

The easy answer would be to place a storage node with a small autochanger out
there and be done with it.

However, this would be a rather high cost for so few people. I'd love
someone else to give me their perspective on the issue and maybe something
they did? I can't run backups over the internet. It would take forever.

Thanks,
Paul C.
