Matt,

We are in the middle of SOX stuff now too so I sympathize with you.  It
seems to me we're pretty much just making it up as we go along.

Nobody here has brought up tape retention or testing yet and I'm not saying
anything that'll add to my current load.  I've got enough to do as it is :-)
