Does anyone know what might be causing this error.

tapelib is the name of my networker server.  I get this errors when
index:tapelib or bootstrap trys to backup.  It started happening 2
nights ago at 4:00AM, so I don't think it would be due to any change I
made(I wasn't here at 4:00AM).  Everything else seems to be running fine
and using the same devices/pools that these savesets are trying to use.
