According to the Install Guide for NWMEXCH...

NetWorker client and server software release 6.0 or later for
traditional backups of Exchange data.

We're performing traditional backups so we should be alright.  I
couldn't find anything else in the documentation to say otherwise,
perhaps I missed something...

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that backuping W2K3 on 6.1.x is

supported.
