That's a bug with Legato 7.x on AIX 5.2. Contact Legato and reference
LGTpa64864. My Case# with Legato is 3093310.

error :
- kill -9  ou kill -15 does'nt do anything
- nsr_shutdown -aq  : nsrjb processus are now with PPID 1
