Is it possible to create a clone using different device or Server?

Eg. Creating Master Backup at DLT7000. Then, Make a clone using LTO.

Or, Creating A Master Backup at BackupServerA, then create a clone using 
different server, BackupServerB.

If you guys have any idea, please let me know
