Hello Teresa,

We are trying to get Exchange Server to tell us its version via the
get_ExchangeVersion call to the CDOEXM interface, and have gotten back an
error status from Exchange Server.

Are you sure that Exchange is okay? Are there any events from Exchange
Server in your Application log?

Our code should be delivering us the failure status, which it is swallowing
instead. I will look into that -- the status might be helpful.

Thanks,
_Scott

We just upgraded from Exchange module v3.1 to v4.0.11. When we go into
the Networker user for Exchange, we the following pop-up errors:

Get_exchange_version error: Failed to open the Exchange interface.

Followed by:

Is_Exchange_2003 error: Failed to determine Exchange server version.

After this, it appears to be able to browse the Exchange information
that has been backed up. Any ideas what these errors are telling us?

Thanks.

Teresa
