I tried that and it produces the same results. Something about level 0
or 'full' that just wants to grab every client that ran a full after the
savetime provided, but specifying 'incr' or a specific level other than
0, e.g. 5, 4, 3 ... works just fine. Maybe this is a bug in NetWorker?

Guess I'll just have to leave the level off and then parse out the ones
with 'full'?
