Subject: [Networker] nsr_reports
does any of you use it under Solaris?
I try to use it but it always claims:
" Error : Invalid Date format Detected : "-D" Aborting."
I don't know if this will apply to you, but I did get the same error.
Although this is a Linux machine, I assume the sytax of NSR_REPORTER is
the same. I invoked the program with the following:
./NSR_REPORTER_4.0_LINUX -s tapes.dfci.harvard.edu -D MM/DD/YYYY -q "1
month ago" -graph
This worked just fine. And the results were completely outstanding!
The resulting page found duplicate volumes associated with identical
bar codes, and a few other bits of cruft that crawl in after some time.
I thought this was a really terrific reporting tool, FWIW.
