Hi Steve

So, do your backups first go to your large file device, or to some other
place before being moved to your large file device?

They go to my file devices in a pool named "Disk". I was trying to leave
the tapes in the Default pool alone so that, if I ever had trouble with the
file devices, I could just disable the Disk pool and backups would go
straight to tape like they used to. I also clone to an Offsite pool of
tapes.

So essentially, I'd like to keep 3 copies of the savesets around; one
in each pool. I was going to delete the Disk copy via script as needed,
at let the rest expire/recycle as normal.

My entire backup is driven by scripts at this point; the groups no longer
run automatically.

Is there some good reason I'm missing to force nsrclone to write to a
clone pool? Seems like an arbitrary limitation if there's no way around
it.
