Hello NetWorker gurus;

This past Friday, my employer purchased a new Mac G5 and a 23" cinema
display for me to use in my office at work. This G5 is a replacement for
an old Mac G4 I had been using for several years that has gotten to the
point where it crashes almost every day. I am using the same host name and
IP address for my new Mac that I used for the old one.

Shortly before I switched off my old Mac for the last time, I managed to
back it up via NetWorker to tape. Today, I installed the NetWorker 6.1.3
client for Mac OS X on my new G5 and restored all my files. No problem.
While I was doing that, I popped a DVD movie to watch. Now, I see that
NetWorker is backing up the contents of my DVD. In case anyone is curious,
its Contact, with Jodi Foster.

So, how can I prevent NetWorker from backing up any CD or DVD that I leave
in my G5's optical drive over night? I imagine I need a .nsr directives
file, but I am not sure in this case where to place the file on my G5. I
figure it makes sense to put a .nsr directive file in /Volumes, but I do
not want to skip every Volume in that directory, only removable media,
but each piece of removable media has a different name so I do not see
how to create an appropriate directive.

Thanks,

Stan
