Ok, I also cannot connect with the regular networker client. The odd thing
is that my exchange backups are running. I have also noticed that I cannot
run the networker gui from any of the boxes that are set up in AD.

Here is where it may get a little tricky. The networker server is a stand
alone, as well as most of its clients. The Exchange servers and two domain
controllers are all part of an AD domain. Is this what is causign the
issue -- perhaps authentication? I'm not sure how to resolve...
