We currently use Spectra Logic 64K "Gator" Tape Libraries. We have few
issues with them and do find that they are pretty reliable. A 64K is
probably not the size you are looking for. Also I'm only aware that most of
Spectra Logic's models are all AIT-X only. I could be wrong though. I
would check you there website for details though.

The 20K is something that you may be looking for, but then again it is very
similar in capacity to the ADIC Scalar 100

Hope some of this info helps

On a side note we also have an ADIC Scalar 10K and like those as well. So
it really comes down to who has better support and easier HA options.

I don't think Adic makes the Scalar 1000 any more, as I recall.

You might also consider Spectralogic's products. We are shopping for a new
tape library too with S-AIT, but on a larger scale. Spectralogic is one of
the companies we are considering. I saw a couple of their libraries last
week and they looked impressive. Sorry, I don't know the model numbers that
would be appropriate for your needs, but you can get that info easily enough
via Spectralogic's web site.
