I don't think Adic makes the Scalar 1000 any more, as I recall.

You might also consider Spectralogic's products. We are shopping for a new
tape library too with S-AIT, but on a larger scale.  Spectralogic is one
of the companies we are considering. I saw a couple of their libraries
last week and they looked impressive. Sorry, I don't know the model
numbers that would be appropriate for your needs, but you can get that
info easily enough via Spectralogic's web site.
