[Networker] ***No 'NSR client' resource for client XXXX***

Since upgrading to Networker 7.1.1 we have several boxes that are having
issues with ?No 'NSR client' resource for client XXXX?. Has anybody
encountered this problem before? I am presuming it is probably just a
permissions setting somewhere, but I can?t find it!
