>From what I have heard none of the license management for 6.x stuff works
right. So if you have 1 MSSQL Module license then you can essential backup
multiple SQL server savesets. However when you upgrade to 7.x it fixes
this. So if you do not have the right license count for some of your
modules then you may get a nice big surprise when you go to upgrade and only
some of your Module based backups work and all you see are license errors in
the log :)

I just went through that upgrade and all we needed was the Upgrade enabler
code. We have Exchange, SQL, and Informix modules and didn't need any other
codes. Just make sure you put the code in before you do the upgrade. :-)

Subject: [Networker] Question about update enabler from v6.x to v7.x

Hi.

I am planning an upgrade from Networker Server v6.2 to v7.1.1. I know that
I need an update enabler to get the server perform after the upgrade, but
rumors say that I need update enablers for the modules and client pacs as
well.

Does anyone on the list know if I need more than on update enabler when
upgrading from v6.2 to v7.1.1

Thanks in advance

Terje
