Wow, that's really weird.   I did get some of the newer style barcodes
that have an S1 on the end for use in our M1500.   Next week I'll try
one of these barcodes in our P3000.    As far as I know the barcode
should have nothing to do with the media type..one simple has volume
name matches barcode code in Networker.   Perhaps something in the
ATL library is designating the S1 to be of a certain media type?  If so,
Quantum should be able to turn it off.
