Well, sg_inq does indeed confirm the jukebox at /dev/sg2:
standard INQUIRY:
PQual=0 Device_type=8 RMB=1 [ANSI_version=2] version=0x02
[AERC=0] [TrmTsk=0] NormACA=0 HiSUP=0 Resp_data_format=2
SCCS=0 ACC=0 ALUA=0 3PC=0 Protect=0
BQue=0 EncServ=0 MultiP=0 MChngr=0 [ACKREQQ=0] Addr16=0
[RelAdr=0] WBus16=0 Sync=0 Linked=0 [TranDis=0] CmdQue=0
length=56 (0x38) Peripheral device type: medium changer
Vendor identification: DELL
Product identification: PV-132T
Product revision level: 227D
Product serial number: DELL1_313433BB1237
However I'm still not sure how to get Networker to access it. Could it
be that the RAID controller, having put the logical drive at 0.0.0, is
blocking the changer, which is physically addressed as 0? It appears
that the Megaraid controller organizes things as 5 "channels" (3
logical, 2 physical), but appears as one "bus".
Either it is an address issue or the Megaraid won't support it. Either
way I'm going to yell at someone at Dell... :)

And after the inquire, and the scsi-generic module is loaded, I get the
following:
Attached scsi generic sg1 at scsi0, channel 4, id 6, lun 0, type 3
Attached scsi generic sg2 at scsi0, channel 5, id 0, lun 0, type 8
"type 8" means Medium Changer, so there's your jukebox.
"type 3" is a "Processor Device", which may not respond to much.
sg1 seems to be associating itself with the 1x3 SCSI BP device, but
inquire isn't giving any info on it.
I recommend you get the sg3_utils tarball and build it, and use the
sg_inquire in there to try device inquiry. It may well give you a
clue about what the problem could be.
