Well, there is nothing to configure to achieve what you want.
NetWorker will not unmount/eject the tape automatically.
Anyway, there is well a way to do it :
create a script/batch file calling "nsrmm -j -u -f <tape device>"
Look at notification and create a new one
like "Tape mount request 3" using Event = Media,
Level = Alert. As action, fill full path of your script
(do not forget to use full nsrmm path and to chmod +x the
script).
When the event will occurs, script should be launched
and the tape, unmounted and offlined.
If you just want to have it unmounted but not offlined,
remove the -j flag.

Thierry

Subject: [Networker] Automatic unmount/eject on DLT
Hello all.
I'm using Networker 6.1.4 on Linux with a single DLT7000 drive. I've
been
trying to figure out how to get Networker to unmount and eject the
current volume when the tape is full and it expects a new one to be
inserted. Has anyone else had luck with this? Is there something I'm
missing?
Thanks in advance,
Roy
