I'm not sure if there's a builtin way to do it, but one alternative would be to
have a .nsr file that says to skip /home/username/archive. When the weekend
comes around you could cron a simple shell script to move that .nsr file to
.nsr-no (or whatever), in which case Networker WILL backup that directory for
the fulls. Then just move .nsr-no back to .nsr on Monday and the incrementals
will skip over it again.
