Scanner -c client name -N save set name -v \\.\tape0 -x uasm -rv -m
source path = destination path

The above command did the trick.

I believe the standard is for Networker to not store file index data for
aborted savesets.  You should still be able to recover the data with
either a saveset recovery or with scanner/uasm.

Not that I have any idea how scanner/uasm would work on a non-unix host.
