For LVD Ultra3 SCSI on a Sparc SUN we're using SUN's PCI card X6758A.
On Sun's site at:

We have Quantum/ATL SDLT libraries though; can't comment on StorageTek.

Matt did point out early problems with it and recommended the Antares
cards.   We're not having any problems with the Sun cards.  They require
the SUNWqus packages for drivers, they work in SUN's 66Mhz PCI slots.
