The error

        /usr/bin <attribute change only>

error usually indicates that if you install the package, it will change
some attribute of the /usr/bin directory itself.  Usually, the only
attribute it can change is permissions and owner/group.  Say /usr/bin is
currently at mode 0755, owned by root, and group sys.  If the Networker
package install changes one of those, its changing an attribute.  If you
don't like attribute changes, take note what the attributes are before
you install, and after you install, change them back.
