Indexes are never saved as incrementals. If the schedule for the client
specifies incremental the indexes for the client will be saved at level
9.
My guess is that when your clients did an incremental backup the indexes
could not go to the same pool as you have marked there only fulls and
incrementals and thus Networker had to use the Default pool.
To solve the problem you can either just add level 9 to the backup
levels allowed to your pool or better yet, make your pool less
restrictive by only marking the eligible group and leaving the clients,
levels and save set fields empty.
