Thanks for pointing out my misstatement!

Of course you're correct -- I was in a hurry to finish up the original
email and just took the "page len=0x28" and said "28 bytes", rather than
doing the conversion or saying 0x28 bytes.  Even at a glance it's obvious
that there are more than 8 bytes in the row that is numbered `20'.

The good news is that I think I figured out why I was getting back so much
more data than I was expecting, and I believe I can decode it correctly
now.  I'll keep the list informed as I make progress on this.
