Have a try to disable the robotic (nwadmin -> media -> jukebox) first.
Jukebox-devices will "lose" jukebox device attribute (and lose the (j) flag).
Then load manually the tape in the tape device and use
nsrmm -m [-s server] -f <tape> device to mount the volume.
Sample :
nsrmm -s server -m -f rd=storagenode:/dev/rmt/1cbn
or
nsrmm -s server -m -f rd=storagenode:\\.\Tape0

You could probably mount the tape manually, but I don't think you can
keep networker from trying to unmount it later if you did.
Stick it in and do a nsrmm -m -f <drive> to mount it. As long as the
volume is in the right pool, Networker should use that volume rather
than try to mount something else.
