There is an upgrade key that is needed for this; its on the latetest media
kit from Legato.  Call licensing or talk to your salesperson; as far as I
know there is no cost...at worst the cost would be the cost of media kit.

I would think 7.1 could downloaded from the Legato's ftp site?

There may be other hidden cost when going from 6.x to 7.x in that it now
enforces licensing of modules (Exchange comes to mind).  One module license
is strictly required for each client now where the module is used.
