I've got a saveset, retention period has passed, it's not the most
recent, and as far as I can tell, it has no dependencies.  (system state
seems to be full all the time).

Now since that was a few months back, can I ask Networker anything to
discover why it hasn't marked the saveset recyclable (E)?
