Hi Joel,

It could be a dns problem at nsrserver side
where ip/name of w2k stations you are using to manage
your server are not properly resolved.

Since 6.1.1, Legato implemented a security enhancement
to avoid non administrator users to gain [read] access to some
fields (like administrator list). 
To do so, one of the enhancements was to increase 
dns/reverse lookup of managing stations.

Have a try to fill local hosts files (both w2k and server) with 
w2k stations and server ip.

Have also a look at refresh rate of index and media db
from w2k-nwadmin side.

Since upgrading to 6.1.3 the Administrator is VERY slow.  My server is
on Solaris and I run the W2K Administrator on my workstation.  The
Solaris version of the GUI is somewhat slower than it used to be, but
the W2K GUI has become unusable.   As anyone else notice a similar
problem?
